Facilities

The proprietary multi-disciplinary IP developed by the company allows Suscon to manage every stage in the execution of a project, from the feasibility study to the preliminary and final design, procurement of all materials, civil works; the design, supply, installation and commissioning of MEP.

This know-how makes SUSCON particularly effective in the execution of turnkey EPC contracts. The company also strictly adheres to policies for the respect and protection of the environment by offering solutions that limit environmental impact and optimisation of the use of natural resources, through the application of renewable energy technologies.

SUSCON has thereby developed a proprietary construction system with an engineered steel frame system at its core, combined with a range of class leading technologies to deliver buildings with exceptional thermal insulation properties. End users benefit from the green credentials of the building system, providing low operating and maintenance costs.

Sections are automatically numbered and bolted together with ease, utilising local semi-skilled and unskilled labour in areas where skilled labour is in short supply.

SUSCON International offer a number of fabricated products which are either standard or purpose designed to client requirements. These include but are not limited to:

- Medical facilities

- Schools

- Industrial and commercial units

- Camps and site offices

- Residential housing

- Community centres

Housing

Each housing structure is designed in consideration of the social needs of the estate and provides improved sanitation and energy-efficient accommodation facilities.

Creating living communities, local community amenities are planned into the design, including shops, health centres, recreation areas and community services (eg. places of worship, police stations). A general asymmetric layout provides aesthetic advantages, with plans allowing for high density housing at the heart of the development around common areas, with lower density housing to the outer edges.

Modular designs permit each house to be expanded, giving families the chance to increase the value of their property and expand their house in accordance with family size.

Industrial Units

The industrial units provide a high-quality, long lasting and cost-effective solution that is efficient to run and operate whilst being simple to maintain.

Following a container-based design, each storage unit is designed to allow for small modifications such as refrigeration. Local communities can thereby decide exactly how each storage unit is to be used and managed to gain the maximum benefit.

Each unit boasts ‘out of the box’ capability, in which all necessary components required to complete the build are delivered to each site in two containers. This includes all necessary electrical cables, lighting and doors.

Schools

Schools and other education facilities provide a safe learning place within a modern functionable facility. Schools are located within communities so that children can access education without the need to travel long distances.

Utilizing an innovative construction process, each facility is designed for requirements, durable and adaptable to a wide range of needs. Construction materials are selected to minimize energy consumption in operation, preventing the ingress of heat while employing the latest in energy saving technology.
